Order Processing & Shipping:
When you place an order with us you will receive an email receipt of your transaction and we may contact you to clarify size, color and specific details for your order.

Most orders ship within five (5) business days from the order date.
If a particular size/style of shirt has become out of stock we will contact you to notify you of a new ship date or your order can be refunded.
If you need your order on a specific date, please notify us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship US Postal Priority Mail (including Delivery Confirmation) within the US and 1^st Class Airmail to Canada for a Flat Rate of $5.00 on all orders
and Free Shipping on orders of 75.00 or more (calculated before tax and shipping price).
Upon request we will ship Priority to

Canada for $17.00.

Insurance is available on all

US orders at checkout.

One Boy One Girl Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have shipped.

US Priority Mail takes 2-4 days for delivery from the ship date (delivery date not guaranteed)

1^st Class Airmail to Canada delivery time varies and can be over 14 days from the ship date (delivery date not guaranteed)

Return Policy:
It is rare for a rhinestud or crystal to fall off a shirt but if this does happen under normal wear and our washing instructions, please contact us and we can guide you through fixing it with the replacement embellishments that are provided with your purchase or discuss One Boy One Girl Boutique replacing or repairing the item.

Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date at the customer’s expense. Shipping price is nonrefundable and a refund will only be issued after the unworn item is received by One Boy One Girl Boutique in the condition that it was originally shipped to the customer.

Name, Initial and Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Product Sizing & Shirt Information:
We use 100% cotton American Apparel brand shirts and clothing. American Apparel produces high quality garments right here in the

US in their downtown Los Angles factory. They do not outsource any part of the creation of your garment.

Please note that the children’s shirts are made to fit 2 sizes which make them run small. To be on the safe side order the next size up for proper fit.
If your child wears a 2 order a 4, if your child wears a 4 order a 6 and so on.

Girl’s shirts have a fitted look and the boys have a box cut to them.

Please refer to our sizing chart for measurements.

Care & Washing Instructions:
Your Custom Tee can be Machine Washed, Cool Cycle, Inside Out
*Line Dry* to Preserve the Quality of your Boutique Garment and to maintain a strong hold on the embellishments.
Tumble Dry on Low (Cold) until shirt is still damp when Needed ONLY

Gift Wrap / Packaging:
All orders arrive ready for gift giving or just to make you feel special!

Your order will arrive wrapped in tulle and ribbon.
A custom One Boy One Girl Boutique note card is attached to the ribbon ready for you to customize with a name or greeting
(like shown in the example).

One Boy One Girl woven garment tags are sewn on the outside back of the shirts.
A boutique hangtag, replacement embellishments to match your design and washing instructions are also attached to the garment.

One Boy One Girl Boutique hair accessories are attached to a custom printed card placed in a clear cello bag and will also be wrapped with the rest of your order in one (1) tulle package.

If you are ordering for multiple gifts please send a note with your order to request your items to be wrapped in separate tulle packages at no extra charge.

Design Collections, Past Designs and Custom Orders:
One Boy One Girl Boutique items are launched as “Collections”;
Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and multiple Holiday collections.
You will also see special launches for; Back to School, Family Vacation, etc…

With that in mind the designs you see on the site today may not be here tomorrow. Some designs will be retired, others may come back the following year, and some may never leave the site.
